PorkStar is a barbecue team and a social club. It is a collection of friends, family, and lovers of great barbecue and the barbecuing experience. Based on the banks of the Mississippi in downtown Memphis, PorkStar is guided by three basic principles:

1. Using the freshest, purest, and highest quality ingredients to create delectable leading edge tastes;
2. Respecting the barbecue ethos by approaching barbecuing as a slow, relaxed ritual, using only all natural lump charcoal, fruit woods, and quality meats and flavorings in our barbecue; and
3. Creating and maintaining a breezy, festival experience for all of our guests.

We devote our hearts to the entire barbecuing adventure in hopes of producing an environment as inviting as our barbecue.
